Leadership Programme

Our Leadership Programme gives students a chance to experience exciting and rewarding activities as a vehicle to develop personal, social and work-related skills:

• Students will learn about themselves and develop an understanding of what type of leader they could be
• Students will learn and demonstrate the skills and techniques needed to lead themselves and others.
• Students will reflect on and gain an understanding of their performance  and support others as they learn

Who is it for?

Aimed at KS3 and KS4 pupils who have completed a number of programmes with us and are ready to develop the skills they have learnt.

Course content

The programme is based around 4 key modules:

• Develop leadership skills
• Be a leader
• Review your leadership
• Support new leaders

Commitment

Typically this course is delivered 1 day a week for 10 weeks 

Certification

Pupils who complete the course and the work will achieve the ASDAN Leadership Short Course certificate
