Personal Development Programme

Our Personal Development Programme gives students an imaginative way of developing, recording and certificating a wide range of young people’s personal qualities, abilities and achievements, as well as introducing them to new activities and challenges. 

Who is it for?

Aimed at KS3 and KS4 pupils who would benefit from the focus on completing challenges and skills development targeted at their ability level. Learners are expected to be working at Entry Level 3 to Level 1.

Course content

Students are required to plan and review their work at key points, explaining how they have developed their skills in six areas: 

• Ability to learn
• Teamwork 
• Problem-solving, 
• IT skills
• Literacy
• Numeracy

Commitment

This programme is typically delivered over 60-180 hours ( this would equote to between 1 term - 1 year depending on the level they are woking at)

Certification

Students who complete the course and the work will achieve the ASDAN Personal Development programme certificate
