Volunteering Programme

Our Volunteering Programme gives students a chance to volunteer in an Outdoor and natural setting while enabling them to capture, record and formally recognise their work.

Who is it for?

Aimed at KS3 and KS4 students who would benefit from the focus on completing challenges and skills development targeted at their ability level. Learners are expected to be working at Entry Level 3 to Level 1.

Course content

The programme is based around 3 key modules:

• get ready to volunteer – volunteering planner
• your volunteering experiences – volunteering log
• making the most of your volunteering – volunteering review

Commitment

Typically this course is delivered 1 day a week for 10 weeks 

Certification

Pupils who complete the course and the work will achieve the ASDAN Volunteering Short Course certificate
